This picture shows 24" balloons on tables at the Hawaii Convention Center. Each is highlighted by a collar of 5" balloons underneath and then connected to a decorative weight. This look is particularly effective in rooms with vast, open spaces because the balloons are much larger than normal. We can use the same balloons to designate specific areas in a room or decorate a trade show booth since they are able to be seen from afar and have a very long life span.
