Winnie the Pooh is still the most popular character for 1st birthday parties and we have a great selection of Pooh balloons. For this party, we used lavender, hot rose, teal and yellow to fill the room with color. Each table had a bouquet of balloons held down by a Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore or Piglet weight. A spiral arch floated over the stage and bouquets were placed by the gift table and reception area.
